Signing Up for an Account

The following steps describe how to sign up for a free, 30-day trial account. This account has full user access to PerfectForms™ for 30 days with some limitations on how many forms and reports you can create, creating users and other tasks.

 

Note: When you sign up for a 30-day trial account, PerfectForms™ will not allow you to sign up with the same e-mail address twice.

1.To create an account, go to www.perfectforms.com and click the Free Trial button.

2.Enter your personal information. All required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*).

3.Click Sign Up to create your account.

Note for On-Premise Users: The sign-up page you access will likely be customized for your organization and will differ from the above image. You may need to consult your administrator for sign-up instructions.

4.If your sign-up is successful, your login details will be sent to your e-mail address along with a link to the login screen to access PerfectForms™. The first time you log in you will be offered the opportunity to change your e-mail address.
