To test the installation, load the PerfectForms™ application.

Log in to PerfectForms™ with the application administrator credentials you entered during the installation. If you are able to log in successfully, then you know that the system is correctly installed.

If you are unable to log in as the administrator, go to the optional troubleshooting step, Verify IIS Setup.
