The Workflow Diagram

The workflow diagram is used by the form designer to visually lay out the various stages of the process. The workflow diagram is comprised of stages and paths.

The workflow diagram can contain conditions for how the form moves through its lifecycle. You may also set up notification behaviors on the workflow that will notify stakeholders during the process.

The workflow diagram is evaluated by PerfectForms™ whenever a form is submitted. Assuming you are using a workflow diagram at all, a form instance, when running, is always in the stage it was in when it loaded. It cannot change stages while it is open.
