Access to Offline Form Manager is a per user fee. For information on purchasing a license for offline form viewing, contact a PerfectForms™ sales representative.

For each Full, Basic or Limited user, the system administrator can enable or disable offline form access by setting the Enable offline form filling option in the Users view of the Settings Dashboard in the PerfectForms™ application.

If the maximum number of offline access licenses has been used, the administrator will not be able to set the Enable offline form filling option for any additional users until additional licenses are available (either the offline form access has been removed for other users or additional offline access licenses have been added in the Administration Console).
