Saved Form Instances

The Saved tab in the form instances area displays a list of form instances which have been saved but not yet submitted to the server. The following actions can be taken on form instances that have been saved (stored locally):

 
•Edit - Click Edit to re-open a saved form instance for the purpose of editing and saving changes (only available for Open instances).
•Rename - Click Rename to change the display name of the form instance. This functionality can assist you with managing your forms offline.

Note: The Rename action is available for all form instances, but the updated display name is only used locally. Once the form instance is submitted to the server the name of that instance as defined inside the form design will be applied.

 

•Delete - Click Delete to permanently delete the form instance from the Offline Form Manager.
