Any form instances which are submitted and stored locally will eventually need to be sent to the server. (You must be online to do this.) The application communicates directly with the server through HTTP.
To send your form instances to the server you can:
| a. | Click Submit All Instances - Selecting this button will submit all completed form instances to the server. |
| b. | Click Submit Instances - Selecting this button will submit only those form instances that have been completed for the form you have highlighted in the form selection area. |
Once a form instance has been sent to the server, it is moved to the Submitted tab. This can serve as a visual confirmation that the submission was successful.
Form Design Tip: If the designer of a form wanted to provide an e-mail notification for submission confirmation, that behavior could be added to the form design and triggered on form instance submission.
