The Settings screen of the Offline Form Manager displays the user name, account name and log-in credentials associated with the offline application configuration. To access this screen, select the tool icon in the upper right corner of the application.

Settings Button

On the Settings screen you can manage your e-mail address, password and Server URL information. When changes are made to these settings the Test button can be selected to ensure the log-in credentials are accepted.

Note: You cannot change your log-in credentials to point to a different user or system than what was established in the initial configuration process. The credentials must correspond to the originally configured user account.

User Settings

If for any reason you need to reset your Offline Form Manager account back to a default state, you may choose the System Reset button. Clicking this button will:

clear all settings
remove all downloaded forms
delete all form instances that have been created

Because a system reset is irreversible, you are prompted with a message asking you to confirm the action before continuing. This message is shown below.
