Toolbox

The Toolbox includes all objects that you can select to build your form. The objects available in the Toolbox change depending on the view selected (Layout, Behavior or Workflow). For example:

In the Layout view, the Toolbox contains form objects such as text inputs, drop-downs and radio buttons.
In the Behavior view, the Toolbox contains behavior commands such as Set Field, Print and Submit Data.
In the Workflow view, the Toolbox contains workflow stages and comments.

Simply drag and drop an object onto the canvas to build your form.

For more detail on Toolbox objects and their uses, see the Form Designer Reference.

Browser

The Browser bar provides a list of the form pages and objects. When you select a page from the list, the form objects for that page are presented.

The Assets section includes an option to add stored images, sound or movie clips to your form. The State and Mandatory section allows you to control access to field objects and indicate when input is required or mandatory. (See Limiting User Access to Form Fields for a more detailed description of the State and Mandatory functions.)

For a complete listing of Browser bar options, see the Browser Bar Reference.
