Optional Troubleshooting: Verify IIS Setup

After installation, if you are unable to successfully load the Administration console in PerfectForms™, check that PerfectForms™ has been correctly configured to use ASP.net v2.0.5 framework.

1.Go to IIS; expand the Web site's folder or the folder that contains the PerfectForms™ virtual directory.
2.Right-click on PerfectForms and choose Properties.
3.Select the ASP.net tab and verify that ASP.net Version 2.0.5 is selected. If not, select it from the list.

 

 

If ASP.net v2.0 is not installed:

 

1.Open the command prompt application by clicking the Start menu then Run.
2.Enter cmd then click OK.
3.Navigate to folder C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 or wherever the ASP.net v2.0 framework is installed and enter aspnet_regiis –i. You can find more detailed steps for this process at the Microsoft ASP.NET IIS Registration Tool page.
4.After installation, close IIS.
