Now that you have a form ready and you know the Web service address for the test form, you can create a test project with Visual Studio 2008.

|
| 1. | Start Visual Studio 2008 and create a new windows application project by clicking the menu File > New > Project and selecting Windows Application as the application template. |
| 2. | Make sure you are using the .NetFramework 2.0 and name your new project 'PF_API' and click OK. The project is automatically created by Visual Studio. |
| 3. | Select the project in the Solution Explorer, right-click on it and select Add Reference. |
Note: If the Solution Explorer is not visible you can activate it using the menu View > Solution Explorer.
| 4. | In the .NET tab double-click System.Web.Services version 2.0.0.0 (the same version as the .Net framework). |

| 5. | Now select the project again in the Solution Explorer, right-click on it and select Add Service Reference (just below Add Reference). |
| 6. | In the Add Service Reference dialog specify the PerfectForms™ API Web service address (http://app.perfectforms.com/api/api.asmx?wsdl) and click Go. |

| 7. | Once the Web service is resolved, name the Web reference 'PerfectForms' and click Add Reference. |

| 8. | After completing these steps your Solution Explorer should look as follows: |
