To ensure your form or workflow application is ready for release, you'll want to thoroughly test it by filling out and submitting some form instances in draft mode. When you're confident that it’s working as planned, simply click the Publish button to deploy the application. Once the form or workflow application is published, it can be embedded in a web page, or accessed from an e-mail notification, Dashboard or directly from a specific URL.
