Full License

Can access the above AND also create and edit forms and reports as well as performing system administration tasks. PerfectForms™ On Demand and On Premise accounts are allocated a specific number of basic and full user licenses. If the System Administrator checks the Full Users radio button, a full user license will be used.

Basic License

Can access the PerfectForms™ dashboard for accessing notifications, searching for form instances they are involved in and viewing reports. Choosing this option will use a basic license if one is available, or a full license if that is the only license type remaining available for the account.

Single-Server License

The single-server license allows you to install the on-premise version of PerfectForms on one server. You have full access to the full range of PerfectForms functionality and you own the software outright through the one-time fee purchase.
