   I would like to be able to load sample data into a Form for testing purposes. Ideally I would like to avoid having to always recreate data for use in testing a Form. I know that it is possible to export (CSV and other) data from a Form, but I don't see any place to actually upload data from a CSV file.

   You can upload data into a form from a CSV file using the connection agent. Here is some information concerning the connection agent.
