If you see:
ERROR: Agent LDAP error. [LDAP: error code 1 - 00000000: LdapErr: DSID-0C090627, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection.
in the connection agent log files, it is saying you haven't performed a successful bind and because by default Active Directory does not allow anonymous connections to bind, it will not return the results for a search request.
Review the user credentials you are using to confirm they are correct. Your security department/SysAdmin should be able to assist
