Symptom: downloaded the active x component as required and then when I selected acquire from the button, nothing happened.
Solution: First solution to try is to run InternetExplorer browser as Administrator (right click
on the IE icon and select "Run as ..." from the right click menu that appears).
Please try the same URL as earlier because we can get error messages from there

As the error message says, that ActiveX is trying to write a file into a location that
does not exist yet, and has no permissions to create folders and files due to Vista's
security policy. Administrator should have the proper permissions to create any folder
and file.
