   Hi,

   Is it possible to make an icon for a form on Desktop and whenever any user clicks on it,a login page is opened where user enters his email and password then he fills that particular form and submit it.

   No reason why you can't do this in exactly the same way you would create a desktop shortcut to any webpage or file. if you require your users to log into the form, they will need of course to be a perfectforms user in your account, and the form NOT to have the 'world' permission set

   hi,
   So it means that i can create a form e.g Leave Application Form and make link/shortcut on desktop.What steps should i follow?

   just as you would to create any link/shortcut on a desktop. right click on the desktop and then NEW | Shortcut, and then in the 'location' you define, enter in the link to the form that you get from the LINK button in perfectforms after you have published the form
