If you are on version 1.14, and you go throught the process of restoring your database, either for the purpose of migrating your database or in the case of a database failure, there may be a chance of your notifications not working. If this does happen, run your PerfectformsSetup_1.14.exe and choose the 'repair' option. This will automatically repair your notifications and resynchronize your database backup with your application.
