Is it possible to place a form attachment as an email attachment in notifications?

I am wondering if there has been any changes regarding this? We also are hoping to have the ability to allow attachment to be sent out along with notification emails. To be more specifically, the attachment actually is associated with the form (uploaded by requestor), and we are hoping to be able to forward the attachment within the workflow to selected stage approvers through notification email for review. Any information regarding this is appreciated.
