I'm trying to create a new form connection. I've taken an existing form, imported it into a new form and then tried to create a new form connection. When creating a new read action, the only fields that come up are the meta fields. In addition, when trying to create new actions on existing form connections, fields that were added to the form after the initial connection creation are not listed.
I'm sure there must be something obvious that I'm missing, but I don't know what it is.
