Is there a way, either in a Perfectforms report or a sql script to see all of the places that a user appears in groups, form roles, and form notifications. We plan on using the position feature as much as possible, but its not going to be an option for everyone. So when a person leaves, I need to a way to know all of the places they are used in the system so I can switch them out with their replacement.

PerfectForms has assigned roles/positions built in to the application. When building forms you should use your roles/positions to identify people. That way when a person leaves the company you just have to replace one name within the whole application. This can be accomplished by clicking on the settings tab on your dashboard. Then expand 'users' > click on 'positions'> from here you can either edit a certain position or create a new position.
