Is it possible to access any forms held in a private folder of a user who has been deleted. We have a number of forms developed by a user who has had their surname changed. Subsequently a new username and privileges was created and the old username details were deleted.

You will need to undelete the old user account and transfer ownership of each form to the new user. To transfer ownership you will need to be logged in as the old user.
