Archiving form instances

    I work in an accountancy environment with the requirement to keep financial data for 6 years. We have developed a number of Perfectform applications for invoice approval, purchase order request, payment request, etc. plus some HR applications. All of these applications have or will have thousands of form instances which must be retained.
    Does Perfectforms have any facility to "archive" a user defined selection of form instances within a specific application, AND the ability restore them if required for audit purposes. Say for example we generate 2,500 form instances a year for our invoice approval application. After 6 years we would have 15,000 form instances. In practice, we only need to have active the current year and previous year's form instances, the rest could be archived.
    I'm sure this has got to be a legal requirement for other people's application.

  2. We plan on having a solution for archiving in the next release. Expect the next release by the middle of 2011.

    Have you considered getting any input from customers as to what they would like especially as there may be different legal requirements in different countries.
