   Hi,

   Im using 'connect and search' behavior to search for empid where user enters full id of employee and then selects data. Now i want to create a search on Employee Name where user just enters First Name and using 'connect and search' behavior a list of all employees with same First Name appears and then user selects the required record.

   For example there are 2 employees with same First Name, first Smith Nicole and 2nd Smith Anderson.So when user just enters Smith a list with both names i.e. Smith Nicole and Smith Anderson appears and then required Name is selected.

   When you are setting up your send parameters in the connection action, the default between the "Name" and "database table column" is =. If you double click the = you will get a drop down with many choices including LIKE.
