I have a form in which we use to collect images from employees. the user will enter the form upload the relevant images & then submit. i have used the file attachement changes field data to display the images on the form. as there are mulitiple pages to upload images, i have used the 'when page opens' command to run the same behaviour to display the uploaded image if the user would like to go back to that particular page to view the upload... this used to work fine, but has for some reason stopped displaying the uploaded images when you access the same page again! i cannot resolve this issue. has something changed?

Hmm ok i have just read another users post with regards to the page effect (Book). tested this on my form and turning this effect off has resolved this issue. very strange!
