I have setup a drop down menu with pre-filled options. based on the selected option another drop-down menu will display another set of options to select.. this works fine, but when the form is re-access (which is often as there is an approval process) the 2nd drop-down menu always defaults to the 1st option in the list. this isnt what is expected as it should show what was already selected! is there a way to stop this happening?

Check the values in the drop-down. Do you have the same value for more than one choice?
