   To move the databases used by PerfectForms:
   1) Backup the SQL databases perfectforms and perfectreports.
   2) Run the installer using Upgrade and point it to your new SQL server. The installer will create the new databases Perfectforms and Perfectreports. We will need to allow an upgrade to your key to do this, please let us know when you plan the move.
   3) When the installer finishes restore the newly created databases with the backups.
   4) Run the installer again, this time using Repair.
   5) Test that the application is working properly and all of your form data is intact.
