With Single Sign On (SSO), all traffic does not go through the Perfectforms gateway that you setup. You do not have to authenticate all traffic through this gateway either. SSO works in conjunction with the Windows Authenticated User IDs. When this gateway is setup, you log into Perfectform normally the first time. Afterwards, as a user logs into their PC or workstation with their Windows login, they can then access Perfectforms using the gateway. SSO will recognize the relationship between their Windows login and their Perfectforms login, and take them to the dashboard without prompting the user for their Perfectforms login.
