I (administrator) received an email that says:
    Subject: Notification error(s)
Body: "A notification has been sent by the form [form name] to an invalid position! Please correct this immediately!"

I don't think I have any invalid positions referenced. I did change the person receiving the notifications in one of our roles recently and updated the form but that's all I can think of. What causes this error to occur? Is there a way to tell which instance it comes from?
    Thanks,
    Mike

  2. In the Edit Forms tab click on the form, click on instances, pick an instance and click details. It will list outstanding notifications. This may or may not help you locate the notification that is trying to send to an invalid address.
Best practices is to set all notifications as part of the workflow on the join paths between stages. Among other things, it makes all of the notification behaviors easy to find. If you are using roles, check all of the roles in the form.
