if when trying to interact with the connection agent you see :
Error message: Agent communication error faultCode:Channel.Security.Error faultString:'Security error accessing url' faultDetail:'Destination: DefaultHTTP'
review your firewalls (or ISA servers) to confirm that the port that you have used in installing and configuring the connection agent is not being blocked
