Even with the latest Flash software installed on certain computers, the search window will not come up for the user to use. Other computers work just fine. Are there any settings that should be checked? All computers are using Windows XP Service Pack 3 and are using IE7 or IE8.
I'm just about to the point of having to switch to loading tables but that takes more real estate on the form as well as quite a bit more development.
