   how can i add the cursor "little hand" to the text when the user navigate to it?

   Can you expand on what you mean? not sure I understand the question

   in your example form "work package suite", at the bottom of the page "submit", when the user points to there, a cursor like a "little hand" will show up, that is what i mean.

   The button objects have 'type' properties. If you set the type to 'mouse over' rather than 'push button' the 'Link Select' cursor will be presented
