I just witnessed someone demonstrate an attachment and they accidentally clicked on Detach. Poof! it's gone.
I tried putting a behavior on Delete Row - but it's too late then. I don't see how to restrain Detach. Can't count on them to not Submit the form.

if the field is in the NORMAL state, then yes, users can attach AND detach.
look at how the field works when it is in the READ ONLY state
So, given all I want to do is to make Detach a conscious decision, I suppose I could make it READ ONLY but give them a button or something that would then make it Normal. But that all sounds a bit more complex than the problem warrants. I think I'll just leave it alone for now.
