Is there a way to create a script that is not associated to a specific behavior?

The way to do this is to create a 'dummy' hidden field, that you would never use. Choose one of the behaviors of that hidden field to create the script. Make sure you name the behavior accordingly, so that when you want to use it later, you will know what it is. Then, when it is time to use the script again, use the 'run behavior' command.
