   Is there a way to integrate jsf or other frameworks with perfect forms by using its api or any other way.

   PerfectForms API allows you to pass data into PerfectForms and extract it from third party applications, but of course it all depends on exactly what it is you are looking to achieve here.
   Have a look at the user guide on the API and its uses, and maybe this other 'framework' also has its own API that could be of use as well.
