Will this feature be added to the next version of Perfectforms. So that we have the ability to create reports and test for a condition thus building reports on the data determined by fields?

this is available at the moment, where you can either set up a filter on your datasources for specific conditions, or use the Filter actions (Filter Input,Filter Selector) or Filter behaviour actions
