   Is there a way to make File Attachment as an obligatory field?

   I did another test, turns out if the File Attachment is made to be an obligatory field, the behavior is reversed. It there's a file attached, it gives the "An obligatory field hasn't been answered yet." message and it passes the obligatory field check if nothing is attached. Is it a bug?

   Yes.. there is a problem with this, but its been identified and will be resolved in the next update (v1.12) due out in the next week or so
