   Is it possible to have a report that tracks a request through the workflow that doesn't require a username/password to view?

   Reports are accessible to Perfectforms users.
   If they view the report as they are logged onto the application a username/password will not be asked.
   If you would like them to be able to access a report (or forms as well) without being logged on, look at implementing the SingleSignOn Gateway. You can then publish the report, selecting the 'use single sign on gateway' and advise those users of this link to the report and they will not be prompted to login each time.
