A PerfectApps administrator can assign three types of user levels: Basic, Full and Limited User.
Basic User
Basic users are limited in which Dashboards are available to them. The Connections Dashboard is not available to basic users. Their tree views will not contain Edit nodes. Some views on the Settings Dashboard are also restricted for basic users.
Full User
A full user can access the full range of PerfectApps functionality, though the system administrator may still limit some system privileges. You will have a full user license under the following circumstances:
•If you have signed up for a trial account;
•If a PerfectApps administrator has assigned you user rights to edit apps and reports or to administer users and the PerfectApps account settings.
Limited User
A limited user can not log into the PerfectApps application. Limited users can only access PerfectApps from links in system-generated e-mails or from other public links. While you are not able to log in to the application as a limited user, you can be assigned to user-groups and positions and can also receive notifications.

This type of user role does not count against the total user count (either basic or full) allowed for your account. |
