    Hello,

    Is it possible for the second step in a form’s workflow to involve assigning it to one of the users in a certain user group. That user would then receive a notification and then could fill out a third page when the task is complete.

    So the entire process would look like this:

    Member of group1 fills out a request form.

    Member of group2 reads the form and chooses a member of group3 from a drop down list whom it will be assigned to for completion.

    User from group3 gets notified, completes the work, enters the completion details into the form and chooses submit.

    Is this possible with this system? If so, how?

    Unfortunately at the present you can’t auto generate a drop down of members of a user group directly from the system settings. You would need to set up your drop down object into the form with the details required.
