Why don’t any of my Text objects keep their bold, italic or HTML formatting when I use the Print Button to render the form as a PDF for printing? This screenshot shows my form and the print version side by side: //imgur.com/P7dOG.png
Is there a way to fix this? I’m using Adobe Reader 9.1.0, if that matters.

December 16, 2010 at 6:34 pm #5549Hi Dennis. We installed v1.18 and, after finally getting a patch installed by PerfectForms Support today that allowed us to print forms again, I tested this and the formatting still doesn’t show up in PDFs. Well, underlined texts renders correctly, but no bold or italic text does. Do you know why it still wouldn’t be working, or do I need to contact Support about this issue?

AnonymousI’m currently evaluating this product and am experiencing the same issue as described by pmeidinger. Please post an update regarding this isse.
September 1, 2011 at 4:03 pm #5839I am using the On Demand system which is on V 2.0. I am able to create bold and italics using HTML. When the form is printed it retains the HTML of the text. Here is my sample form: //app.perfectforms.com/player.htm?f=nrDBggYi
This forum recognizes HTML so I cannot paste examples of my HTML code directly (it will just say bold text/text in italics).
