Is there a way to change values after a form as been closed? For example, we have a 2 button radio-button that has a value of “1” for one button and “2” for the other. We recently changed the values to “Approve” and “Reject” but forms that were submitted prior to the change don’t reflect the new values. Is there a way to alter those values to conform to the new one?

    Thanks,

    Mike

I’d also like to know if a previously submitted form can have its “Published Version” number changed–with the understanding that newly-added fields would not exist.

You can map old instances of your form to newer versions of the same form: http://www.perfectforms.com/Documentation/manual/html/?fl_mapping_form_instances_to_anot.htm.

For this reason I never delete fields when making changes to a published form. I simply hide the fields I would otherwise delete. This way, your old data is not lost.
