    Hi, there,

    Any On-Demand user experienced a delay in receiving email notification yesterday?

    We had a few users waiting for the approval link. From the PF admin interface, it said they were sent 11:25 am yesterday, but the email did not hit our firewall until 2:46am this morning.

    How can we prevent this in the future?

    There was an unusual 3rd party event that occurred on Tuesday 9/22 that temporarily halted notifications. It has been resolved. All queued notifications have been sent, and measures have been taken to avoid a recurrence.
