The print behavior in PerfectForms draws data from the database and builds the PDF, it does not simply take a snapshot of the screen. If a drop-down object has duplicate values (and a caption with one of those duplicated values has been selected) the printed form will reflect the first caption in the list with that value. This often will result in a PDF that reflects different captions than expected.

Some form builders will use values in a drop-down for the source of email addresses in Notification objects. If you need to duplicate email addresses for various captions in the same drop-down we suggest using numerically sequential values (1,2,3,4, etc…) and a Multiple Branch behavior that conditions for email addresses according to the values.
