    We are experiencing an intermittent problem where email notifications are being sent out twice. The header information and content of the two emails are identical. It basically looks like they are being sent out twice.

    I say intermittent as it does not happen every time. There is no apparent pattern to the problem, it applies to different applications, to different recipients and there is no pattern to the time of day it occurs.

    Our IT department have checked Microsoft Exchange and when the problem occurs, Exchange is receiving two emails from Perfectforms.

    Any other users experiencing a similar problem and is there a fix?
