Sending out to email recipients to either web-based or company email seems to lag for 1 day before receiving the said email. Is there any configuration settings to be editted to bypass this problem? Are there any conflicts with email services? Having a delay on receiving the email slows down the process in form approvals. Thanks.
The most direct action would be to set your own email server in PerfectForms. The default notifications come from firstname.lastname@example.org. They sometimes get caught in spam filters. If you set up your own resource, the emails can come from your SMTP server and have a better chance of getting through.
