Is anyone else having problems with email notifications right now?
I know that everything is configured properly because the notifications used to work. The only thing that I changed was adding a URL redirect after the data is submitted (and after the email notifications). Now my emails aren’t sending anymore AND my URL redirect is not working. I also tried re-opening the same instance and redirecting to a page in the form, which also does not work. After the submit button is pressed, I am taken to a grey page instead of being redirected.
I think the reason that the redirect is failing is because the form is “breaking” on the email notifications part.
