We have been using a perfectform on a page in our intranet. The user says it was working fine with IE7, but no longer works in IE9. It does appear in Firefox.
Is there an Internet Explorer setting I should look at to be able to do this in IE8?
Thanks.September 10, 2013 at 10:18 am #6749
The first place I would check is to make sure the version of Flash that IE is using is current.September 10, 2013 at 10:50 am #6750
Thanks for the quick reply.
My Flash was current as of August, so I went ahead and updated it and the embed is not appearing.
We don’t even get an error message.September 10, 2013 at 10:52 am #6752
Have the user open IE and click F12. There he can play with the Browser Modes to try different compatibility modes or versions.September 10, 2013 at 12:22 pm #6753
None of those helped. We’re behind an ISA server proxy. But I see how that could be a problem, since Firefox gets the embed right.September 10, 2013 at 1:02 pm #6755
I don’t have experience with ISA server proxies, but it must be a security setting in those versions of IE that is preventing the form from displaying.
