Hi, now that I’ve spent a few hours creating a four page application form, it would seem as if there is no way to create a submitting function that will send the entire form after it’s been filled out to an email address or to post it somewhere. Is anything like this possible with this service, or does anyone know of elsewhere which is cheap or free that will help me create something like this.

Are you saying that you want to have an email notification sent to another user, with the form attached in the email? If so, this functionality is not available in our forms.

What you can do is pull out the relevant information from the form and include this in the email notification. This can be done in the notification message by clicking on the ‘add field’ button. Here you can place all of the fields in the notification.

Or, you can simply send a link of the form to your users, so that they can look at the form as it’s been filled in and you can add in a ‘print’ option as well so they can print it

Is this something that could automatically be done after a possible employee fills out the form and submits it?

I like this idea, but if you or someone could be so kind as to elaborate in more detail as to how this may be done..

You can send an email to someone with details from the form and/or a link to the form that they can click to load the form using the workflow functions

have a look at the workflow training video to see the idea of how you can do this,

and also how you can control the access levels of users accessing the form at later stages of the process
