I have a multiple page form, published and accessible to any Internet users. The form has to be filled in sequentially, starting from page 1. Does Perfectforms engine grantee this or I have to program/configure to force this?

Unless you specify otherwise, the form will always open to the first page in the browser list on the left in Design mode under Objects. If you are using Show Page behavior objects behind buttons and select Next Page it will move to the next page in the objects list.

Thank you Dennis. After the form open to the first page, will a user be able to play with URL and go to the next page, without filling in any required fields on the fist page and without clicking on the “Next Page” button (the only button on the first page)?

No. The URL does not change page by page, only by instance of the form.
