We’re running into a problem when trying to migrate out the attachments for one of our forms. When selecting Migrate –> Export –> Response Data CSV, then checking Include Attachments, we receive the error:
an error has occurred. exported data is too large or an internal server error occurred
The error occurs in Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and IE.
Selecting Response Data XML along with Include Attachments does not generate an error, but after extracting the zip file, only the first attachment works, all subsequent attachments have fie sizes of 0 bytes.
Is there a fix/workaround for this issue (other than viewing each instance and manually downloading the attachments)?
